Emila Mangilinan- Runner herself for the last 20 years, have competed in the national level in Poland and then continue her running journey in USA to be a part of Cross Country and Track and Field team. Qualified and compete in NCAA nationals.

Emilia also made her mark in triathlon field: qualified and competed

2 x in World Championship 70.3.  AG- podium titels 

UESCA Running certified coach

International Sports Sciences Association- Sports Nutrition Certified

Private Coaching is a great opportunity to make huge strides in a shorter time frame. Get valuable feedback from an experienced coach that will help you to push through to the next level. Improve your running form, work on your technique, learn drills or it can be tailored to your specific needs.
