Aged 18 and Over

Swimmers must be able to complete 200m freestyle continuously and know how to breathe to the side. 

You don’t have to be a superstar swimmer – it’s about staying fit, meeting like-minded people, and enjoying the experience. Everyone is welcome to try!

Our group sessions are popular with triathletes, open-water swimmers, or someone who just swims for fun and fitness.

For 75min, We are covering about 2km up to 4km, It really depends on swimmers ability.

Squad Training –  Raffles International School and Hamdan Sports Complex.

Private Session – All at Hamdan Sports Complex

Whether you’re a complete beginner, marathon swimmer, triathlete, or someone who just swims for fun and fitness. we have you covered with our private session.

  • One session per week – enough to keep swimming memory.
  • Two sessions per week – enough to maintain fitness in the water. 
  • Three sessions per week – will improve feel for the water and swim fitness.
  • Four or more sessions per week – will see significant improvement in fitness, pacing, and a great feel for the water.

We offer a 10 session package for 680 AED, valid for 3 months. You can use it at any of our squad session venues, including Hamdan Sports Complex with pool fee included.

Our friendly swimmers and coaches will make you feel very welcome. The coach will clearly explain each part of the set and you will be assigned to the lane with swimmers who have similar abilities. If you need a longer rest to start with that’s no problem.

All Sessions have a 12-hour cancellation policy, Failure to cancel a session within the early cancellation window will result in a full charge. If you cancel earlier we will add credit to your account which will allow you to book another session.

Proper Swim Kit, Swimming Cap, Goggles, Pull Buoy, Fins, and Paddles.

We have a lot of demand from swimmers who want to train and refine their strokes together with their friends, training buddies, or partners.

Swimmers must be able to complete 100m freestyle continuously and know how to breathe to the side.

Our semi-private class needs to be organized by the swimmers following the same schedule with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 swimmers.

Paolo’s attention to detail is everything. From the planning of the sessions, his eye for identifying tweaks in technique and ability to cater for all swimmers is fantastic. Throughout the season, there is a balance between technique, endurance and speed sessions which are timetabled in line with calendar events.

I’ve been swimming with Paolo for a couple of years now - as well as creating a super-friendly squad atmosphere, he is great because he gives personalized tips to improve technique for each person in the pool.

Since I joined Paolo's pool sessions, my swimming technique has improved a lot and my overall swim progressed significantly. He is extremely attentive to correct stroke and hand placement and even while a full class is under way, he takes time to individually point out ways to improve. I did a stroke analysis session with Paolo and could immediately improve my body position and bring down my times even more.
