Swim Groups
Group A 1:10 - 1:40/100m
Group B 1:40 - 1:55/100m
Group C 1:55 - 2:30/100m
Swim Waves will start from group C followed by B, then A

7:20am - Group C
7:25am - Group B
7:30am - Group A
